Bringing the art of dancing (and annoyance) known as footworking to light! For anyone who lives in the Chi, you know what I'm talking about. In the video, people are moving their feet in a fast motion. That's called footworking, and the object is to just put your own spin on it, but be fast. Little tidbit for those who don't know.
